Why should you donate to the Liberal Party?
Donating to the Liberal Party ensures that we can get our message for positive and progressive change to all Canadians. The donations of our members guarantees that the Liberal Party of Canada remains a strong voice for all Canadians.The Liberal Party is a volunteer organization that relies on your support to continue its various activities, such as organizing effective election campaigns, training new volunteers and developing policies on issues that are important to all Canadians.
You can get the money you donate back on your income tax.
Donating to a political party is a great way to earn income tax credits. You can help make a difference in your community and save money on your taxes at the same time. By donating to the Liberal Party, you can earn up 75% of your donation back in tax credits. A chart below explains how much tax credits you can get for donating.
Since both the Liberal Party of Canada and the Thornhill Federal Liberal Riding Association are registered parties under the Federal Elections Act, you will be issued tax receipts for your donations.

You can also donate by becoming a member of the Victory Fund. Becoming a member of the Victory Fund allows you to make an ongoing contribution to Thornhill Federal Liberal Riding Association.
